        At first this place was awesome - I had a great experience. However the longer I have been going the worse it has gotten. Started my journey here in April 2022. This is by far the most horrible service. I try book online on their website, no luck as nothing prepopulates. You call they never pick up. You leave a voice message and they get back to you in 3 days, NEVER on time with appointments and always running late. To put it simply - not good enough*. The LAST straw was when I had my most recent appointment and they were not interested. I was in pain (this wouldve been like 6th or so session with these guys) and I was in so much pain, never felt this sensation before - this was met with sighs as well as belittling comments with an extremely unkind/rude attitude. I said I felt uncomfortable and she acted like she didnt wanted to be there or just generally didnt care. I was told that the setting for the laser treatment was the same setting as last time - Even though I was clearly in pain - again met with a disgusting behaviour. I then started to get extremely hot - when I had mentioned this your staff member sighed. Excuse me? What customer service behaviour is this? I would recommend to teach your staff that your kindness, active listening as well as making sure your PAYING customers are comfortable as much as they can be. I am not one to leave negative reviews, but this behaviour and attitude was atrocious. I understand she may have been having a bad day (we all do) and I empathise for that, but for someone who expecting a type of service that she is paying for. This was not met. I will not be coming back - you can cancel my next appointment. Get better staff and you as an owner need to be making sure that your staff members are performing to their best ability. DO BETTER.
