        such a bad experience, they made an error, tried to correct the error over the phone to make sure we are on the same page, talked to one of the lady there trying to explain whats going on but was super rude, refuse to listen to the issue to fix it, just want to talk over you rather than hearing the situation out, super arrogant. told me to go find some one else
