        Ive been going to peak Pilates for reformer classes for the past 4 months and I feel so much stronger. The team are so supportive and have injury prevention in the forefront of their mind so I have reassurance that I am doing the exercises correctly and working the right muscles.

        Over the past few years I have had two issues requiring a series of physiotherapy sessions to alleviate symptoms and strengthen ligaments and tendons. First issue was totally sorted within a month. And I'm pleased that after just five weeks of physio the second joint problem is finally under control after many months of restricted movement and pain. Highly recommend.
