Popped into Action Bike Wreckers last week to a shop of empty shelves. Roger was still there, he is still doing bike WOFs (phone bookings only). He told me he sold all this stock to a pair of roosters who have bunged it all into storage. He will be gone soon too. Heading up north to "cash in his government supplied beer tokens". Didn't realize the Gold Card was THAT good. Yep, still has that old-timey Kiwi sense of humour. I would have first darkened the door at Action 40+ years ago, and my last visit may just be exactly that. So the end of an era, and likely a sign of the times. So good luck Roger, I was an infrequent customer, but always had a good laugh.
