To be honest if I could have left zero stars I would have. Simply shocking service. Bought a jacket online advertised as in stock, it wasn't. However I only found out after waiting over 10 days for it to arrive. Tried to email them twice, no response, I finally got through on the phone (second attempt due to the call wait time) after waiting on the call for 7-10 mins, to be told the jacket was not in stock and they didnt know when it would be! So why advertise something and take the money for something you don't have? I asked for a refund and have still not received it now 9 days later! Again emailed and just got the same email back showing a system generated refund, no explanation, no apology nothing. Its now been approx 4 weeks where they have had my money, no refund still. Stay well away folks cant be trusted and service is shockingly bad.
