        Terrible service. Pathetic! The staff are so robotic, does not understand when it is their mistake. I did SNS and after 02 days, it got chipped, and eventually nail broke. They damaged the nails when removing previous SNS, didnt even let me keep my nails in acetone for 20 seconds, got on to scrapping. Tran and Dan give false promises asking to come back to fix it and then they hide inside. Terrible. I cannot event see basic service ethics like a smile or a sorry. No wonder there are so many bad reviews.
