        Purchased a cantilever umbrella & wanted to return & upsize it staff helpful pleasant we are pleased with the product & service happily would shop there again

        Would give this company Zero stars, but you have to select one star as a minimum. All happy to sell items, but zero after sales service! Item rusted within a year and was absolutely horrendous to sort out. Didn't reply to emails, didn't return calls. It took months and months to get a refund. Will not shop here again

        Well made products with a great style. We had a mix up with delivery and communication, however this was not the fault of design concepts. They resolved the situation pretty quickly to be fair. I will say the communication style from Richard could be improved - but I understand why he was frustrated. Overall I would recommend their products and service! Thanks guys - looking forward to the next delivery
