        Spoke to two different staff members, both had terrible phone manner and were disinterested bordering on rude. Dismissed outright the info that I'd gotten from the Thule website without explanation, just told me I "just needed to bring the vehicle in". Neither introduced themselves, and one put me on hold for minutes without asking. Will be going elsewhere for my racks.

        Really easy to deal with, had the parts & installed on the spot. They do have good quality brands in their shop so expect to pay for that but its worth it for how easy the whole process is. Enjoyed getting my roof racks from their team. Thanks!

        I recieved great advice, the roof racks I bought were priced comparably to other places I had looked, but the customer service was fantastic. These guys know their roof racks and I won't hesitate going back when our work fleet increases
