        After I heard great feedback from 2 friends I went to see Cat and liked her immediately. She was punctual, reliable and attentive. I liked the way she integrated all different kinds of therapies to suit what I needed. Highly recommend her. Wish I'd done it years ago !

I have GAD and a fear of flying so was nervous at the beginning, but she put me at ease straight away and I felt I had an instant connection with her.
