        I had a terrible experience here and if you are reading this 100% go to Tattys instead!!!! I got mucked around with the processing time, got told its was two weeks in store when I dropped it in. It then took 1 and a half months for them to process them. They also take more then any other resale shop around. When I collected my items they were very damaged and parts of them were lost such as the changeable straps of one of the heels. They have also lost one of my pairs of shoes and lazily looked for them with me, but they werent on the floor when looked there. They refused to even look for my item until after the expiry date. I will not be dropping off items here ever again and will not be shopping here either.
