        I have been shopping specifically in this Decjuba store and the staff is absolutely amazing and super helpful! The store is always very tidy and it looks amazing. Great shopping experience !

        I was recently shopping in takapuna a when I decided to have a look in Decjuba. As soon as I walked in I wasnt greeted and was just stared at as I walked through the door. The blonde behind the counter who I assume was the manager? working seemed like they were having a bad day as she seemed like she had a bad attitude, and did not seem interested in trying to help me as I was trying to find a sale item that I had seen online. I have been to the other store on the shore and had a wonderful experience and customer service was very lovely. Store looked really nice and I wouldve enjoyed my experience if It didnt feel like a cold environment, so I left and wont be returning. They obviously dont need my money.
