        Very cute little chocolate shop and we were served by a very friendly middle-aged man who was helpful and polite. We bought a chocolate lolly-pop for a toddler and one of the brownies and a couple of other things. All were amazing. We were given free chocolate too which was a nice surprise! The hand-decorated chocolates are beautiful Additional notes: parking is hard to find in the marketplace center.

        I am a regular buyer of the chilli chocolate tablet and totally rate it as the best in the world. Given this and the fact that chilli is addictive imagine my dismay when I just found that it is not being made at the moment. Please, please bring it back ASAP.

        If you are in Matakana and like top quality chocolate make sure that you stop in at Honest Chocolate. The staff were lovely and there were so many gorgeous choices. We went with the taste of Matakana where they had paired up with other local products to make chocolate flavours. Yum!
