Great staff, totally on their game regards looking after locals...and I suppose ice-cream for tourists

Not a lot to like about the place other than it was here. Indifferent service by the guys here, ignored by one of the guys who seemed more interested in the females in store. Very inconsistent icecream sizing depending on who was preparing them or perhaps who they were being prepared for?? Well supported as its it the only shop in town but we ended up driving to Matakana where the store was far better in choice and the staff actually helpful.

Local store, good selection of drinks & Food. Local newspapers available, friendly staff. Located right in the center of town, plenty of parking right outside the store.
