Point 1. Why don't you accept returned products without a receipt? You have POS for a reason so that you can track it.
Point 2. If, for any reason, the box is a minor damage, you don't accept the product! This is stupidity at its best. You have to look at the product's condition and not a box. Arranging another box is your headache, not customers!
Point 3. No refund! Why? A customer is paying through their nose, and secondly, no one buys the product to return! The intent is to use what comes in my next point
Point 4. Don't accept anything with tags off! When we buy the product, we are sure it will fit, and in rare cases, it doesn't. Being such a big brand, you haven't empowered your employees to make a new label (use a label machine) simply
