Classic Bakehouse New Lynn

We bought a black forest cake on yesterday, we strongly believe black forest is the chocolate sponge filling with lot of cherry. First time in classic bake house,but they really made us disappointed bez inside full coffee spong coating instead of chocolate,I paid 50 doller for very small cake. I bought it for my son's birthday ,very sad.we just wasted our money . I can give rating ; 0/10

I had really high hopes for this cake but i was let down. The cake was so beautiful and the filling was fruit which was just amazing and Devine. The issue was that the rose petals were filled with taro which i never asked for and Taro tasted bitter sadly. A big let down. Thank you for making the cake on time which was appreciated

very unreliable...there factory cancelled our cake order and they informed on phone at exactly the same time as we were supposed to go pick up the cake. we had a party of 70 people and ordered 2 tier designer cake. but had to arrange an inferior cake at a higher price. when i went in later to take refund and said compensate in some way, the owner (communication issues) thought i was asking for another big cake free of cost. what i meant was atleast be forthcoming and do something to retain your customer after this disaster. but she started crying and shouting and showing me pictures of theives in her store. on email later she offered $25..but no thanks you have lost your customer...can't rely on your poor service.

I always go to the one in city which is really good. But recently went to this one in New Lynn, really bad service attitude, will never come again. So disappointed.

Genuinely happy and helpful staff. Food is always fresh and delicious when I go. And it makes for a nice snack
