Baroness barber

Arrived just before opening time of 9.00am closed sign on front door. Rang a hand written contact number left on inside window to be informed by a young women she would be there at 9.30am. Called women back at 9.45am to be advised that she would be a further 8 minutes away. The women finally arrived just before 10am as if there was no issue at all and an attitude of normal practice arriving an hour after opening time. Very disappointed with receiving no apology for making myself and another elderly gentleman wasting an hour of our time. Really poor service and a very average haircut Service: Scissor cut

The lady who owns this place cuts hair reasonably well, but shes hardly ever there. The rest of the staff are terrible! Went for a haircut recently and the woman who barely speaks or understands English decided to just do her own thing & cut it it really short! . I wont be going there ever again and wouldnt advocate it to others either. Service: Fade cut
