        Some businesses are just depressing to visit and this is one of them, the staff often seem unhappy and reluctant to go out of their way to assist. I always put it down to me not being a plumber but I asked a plumber I know and he said everyone gets the same treatment. Its been like this for the 15 years Ive been forced to visit off and on.
