Today I went for slices of cheesecake for my workplace I found what I was after with convenience unfortunately the lady who i was met with seemed in a rush as she gave me a bag to load my stuff into she walked away and said "okay bye " i hope she is okay as she seemed sad have a good everyone

Excellent tortes and customer service. We always got our birthday cakes from their torte range and are always satisfied with the quality, quantity and price! You cannot go wrong. There is one thing to mention though!! Their original strawberry fields torte with the similar arrangement to their pecan coffee torte was my absolute favorite!! It has now been replaced by a jellified surface strawberry torte and I am so sad. Is it possible to boycott and bring it back?? :(((

NEW OWNERS - ENGLISH PROBLEM. New owners - cool. Can they communicate in English? - NO. We tried for half an hour to get the message across to the staff for what I want and this is how long it took to find out eventually that they don't have the cake afterall. Waste of my time while I had a toddler with me in the store patiently hanging on for dear life due to communication issue. Please DON'T open a Cheesecake shop to the public if longstanding customers are going there for years and they cannot get what they want because of a language barrier. You haven't got a single English speaking staff available to even help with translating!!!!! Aweful experience. Sad to know we've lost Cheesecake shop New lynn. Im spreading the word that all else has now failed.
