Elements Rentals Auckland

We had the van for about three weeks and we were really happy with it! It was handed over to us by their intern, who was incredibly friendly and really helpful! For example, he organised a replacement for our broken cooler immediately when we contacted him. The car was completely reliable and allowed us to go everwhere we wanted to. The bed was really comfy and the blanket kept us warm even in the colder nights in the very South of NZ. The only thing that could be considered a critique is that the car can get a little moldy, but that did not influence our stay in any way and it might also be different in the newer cars of the fleet. Overall it was an incredible experience and I would highly recommend Elements Rentals to anyone!

Wanted to give the review ages ago but here we go: We rented a Toyota Estima as a Couple for 3 weeks. Incredibly friendly staff, helped us with some broken equipment and some ferry booking issue. Great reliable car, felt nice to drive and also managed some more steep and rocky roads. Unfortunately a bit moldy but not very noticeable. Also the sink was kinda smelly but if you keep the plug in, it's okay. A lot of storage space and also quite comfortable mattress and blankets/pillows. Overall maybe a little bit more on the pricy site but we felt like being in good hands so definitely worth it! 9/10! One recommendation for everybody thinking about renting: go from Christchurch to Auckland, not the other way around and book your ferry in advance! One recommendation for Elements: maybe put a broom into the car, helps with keeping it clean!

Elements is very reasonably priced and the van was well maintained. Perfect size for what I needed traveling solo. They also have amazing customer service, and they worked with me on shortening my trip to just the north island when the ferries were too full for me to get to the South Island. Highly recommend!

absolutely brilliant experience with the van from this company, traveller all around both north and south island and it was efficiently reliable the entire time, came with all that i needed and their customer service was very well appreciated. Van was well done inside and very comfortable for the long hours of driving. 100% recommend

I've got an amazing month in one of the rentals! Nice staff, good service and an amazing car! Never forget watching the milky way through the roof window ;)
