Nando's New Lynn

Yet again another let down. Delivery of our dinner comprised of 1 out of 2 peri chips, which was cold. A bottle of sprite that hasnt been in the refrigerator. A quarter chicken breast instead of ordered leg piece. No mild sachets and was delayed. Wouldnt recommend delivery. Atleast you can approch staff if you eat in

I recently visited Nando's and I must say, I was impressed. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making sure that everything was to our liking. The chicken was cooked to perfection, with just the right amount of spice and tenderness. The sides were also tasty and well-prepared. The restaurant itself had a great atmosphere and was clean and well-maintained. Overall, I had a fantastic experience at Nando's and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for some delicious, high-quality chicken.

The worst experience I had having dinner at Nando's New Lynn. Very rude Manager. This was on 22nd of April 2023. Table was not cleaned. Food was ready to be served. Waited long time at the counter to inform that table to be cleaned. Informed manager Charlotte. She was very rude and not happy to clean the table. She is not a good example to the staff. Not even said sorry. No glasses, no Servetes and complete mess. She is not fit to be a manager of the store. This is worst experience I had. I will not visit this place again, till such time the manager is changed.

Unprofessional staff. I ordered jumbo chips, and they provided a large chip quantity. In addition, many of the chips were not fried properly. I pay attention to that matter with a manager, but she doesnt bother. The manager on duty was Waimere Robbinson, and she didnt acknowledge it. Cutlery and glass were very dirty as well.
