Got served 2 minutes before closing and was allowed to try on the dress, get a big discount and received incredible service form Annalee and Summer? Not sure if they are the correct names but just great service, really saved my event going in 2 mins before closing I really really love the dress aswell ~ Thanks!

This afternoon my partner went to pick up a click and collect, and experienced 3 extremely rude young ladies behind the counter. The one who retrieved the parcel just dumped it on the counter muttering something under her breath, couldn't hand the parcel over? On my partners way out they were laughing and whispering like rude little school girls. I have only ever had the best customer service here, I wish my partner experienced the same. If you don't like dealing with people don't work in retail.
