I am very disappointed at the owners attitude today towards my business partner. We are opening a new coffee cart and were having an issue with the coffee machine. My partner called for him and made an appointment at 4pm but he did not arrive at the time so he was trying to get a hold of him and no answer after 4:30pm then all of a sudden the owner sends a rude message swearing etc. for no reason. The owner might have been busy but he should have at least explained that to us before coming over to argue then leave without looking at the machine. I would not recommend dealing with him at all. He may be good with you at first but then when you start taking supplies his attitude changes as though he is above all. Be humble

The poor customer showed us the communication with the owner and this is definitely not the way to speak to customers or how to run a business. Would definitely stay away from dealing with this person. The owners business partner was also rude to the customer this morning calling him and trying to threaten him when he cant do anything except ruin his reputation and relationship with the customer. I would suggest revising what you have done and think about it carefully before it affects your business. Your personal issues shouldnt be affecting your business or how to deal with customers. Very rude!

Owner doesnt seem to care about his business. His attitude towards customers is not nice at all. Would not recommend at all!
