    The worst possible service provider. Absolutely hopeless. If the printer does not work, buy a new one. Seems to be an everyday excuse.

    I recently visited the AA branch at LynnMall and was quite disappointed with the long queue. The queue was poorly managed and there didn't seem to be enough staff to handle the number of customers. While I understand that some wait time is expected, the lack of communication from staff about the expected wait time was frustrating. It would have been helpful if they had provided updates on how much longer the wait would be. Overall, my experience at the AA branch at LynnMall was disappointing due to the long queue. I hope they can improve their customer service and manage their queues more efficiently in the future.

    This AA makes me feels so dissapointed the worst customer service that i have been experienced in NZ ever, makes me feel stressed, wasting my time, energy, money. I regret i didnt read the review before come here. I got different information from the security staff, the staff, and staff in the counter. Makes me wasting my time in the queue and day. You might say apologies but its already wasting people time and energy and might be nothing change about this and not makes people happy about this. I've been there four times and there's always something lacking First time : I questioned their customer service the first time I went there what I needed to do to complete the requirements, and they told they might not process it because I went there in the afternoon around 3 o'clock and still have queue and said my document is complete and i just need to complete the form. The second time: I arrived a little bit early than before around 1 after lunch time and waited for almost two hours until the people in counter informed me that I needed to translate; however, the customer care representatives in front said nothing about this while checking my document They were verifying my paperwork, which is said my document was completed and said should be fine. If they said earlier i should be not waiting and still have time to translate and comeback again. The third time: I went there, they told me the system was down and they couldn't move forwards. The forth time : I've been there, this is the worst because I still have a translation issue and waiting for almost 3hours despite someone from the back coming and checking my paperwork while I was in line and said everything was fine with my document after I informed her I didn't want to wait in line for nothing AGAIN!! But when I was at the counter, everything was completely different. Why didn't we communicate clearly the first time? I was there from about 12 to 3 o'clock. I feel like I'm losing a lot of time, energy and getting stressed out since I feel like I spend practically half of my day in AA. I'm so disappointed. Imagine that I go there four times back-to-back without any success, wasting money because i even skipping work to try to solve the problem. Apology doesnt solve the problem that we have been experiencing.
