Will, mate you were great! Apologies in advance for calling you whilst you lost your voice as we were desperate to fix our hot water cylinder! No hot waster for 3 days as I was away on a business trip. After calling a whole bunch of other sparkies you actually retuned my call which was awesome! Bare in mind this was 4pm when everyone was knocking off so thats 5stars for me. You ticked all our boxes and definitely will use you in future and will recommend you to my family and friends.
