After trying other retailers Joe managed to find the un-findable and I finally got the floor I wanted. The job was planned promptly, kitchen and hall are looking fabulous. Joe sorted out the smaller details with the installer and even checked in on his day off. Overall a great job and I would recommend!

Very good experience with Joe and Flooring Design New Lynn. He kept us well informed throughout. It was clear that we would have to prep for carpets to be installed or charged extra. Install by 3rd party is very good finish. Skirtings stayed in good condition. We need to trim doors but that was made clear too. All round very happy with service and recommended carpets.
