Worst Gym I have ever seen, they something and do something else, total wastage of money. While starting off the member ship they said that we could cancel it any time with genuine reason, and now these buggers want $300 extra for getting out of the membership, we have given them enough proofs like doctors report etc, but they still soo greedy that they dont even consider somebodys condition. Never gonna trust them again and I wouldnt recommend anyone to get a membership here, plus there equipment is soo old and not at all in good condition. Jetts need to improve big time on there terms and conditions and commitments, they are basically making fool of customers and looting there money without any reason. Theres a lady in the front, he sounds so promising and genuine while joining or-getting the membership, but when we asked her to cancel the membership cuz of some very genuine reasons she totally changes in every aspect. Seems like jetts need to teach there staff to be honest, and stay the same and true to there words. Very poor gym, very bad service.

This has always been a great Venue to achieve physical and personal achievements. The Staff on hand are truly Delightful and more than willing to help with any and all enquiries . Suzy and Calvin are a Godsend. With their Exceptional Advice , I like many others have vastly improved my life by becoming more fit and healthy. Also with the Recent refurbishment the facilities have stepped up on so many level's Fyi there is a dress code i sneakly took a pic at 3am when no one was around.

Best gym in Auckland. The only thing to consider is either low the volume after 8pm or play decent music.
