Steve from Heat and cool is a legend. From booking to servicing my 3 heat pumps just awesome. He came on time and did a really good fix and service. They've got the best quote out there that is why they were recommended to us by the Mitsubishi Electric guys. Made them our yearly heat pump servicing company.

Excellent service all round. From initial contact and walk through to final installation. John was available for any questions and even came out twice to confirm and finalize details. The installation team were informative and respectful of our space and Elyse kept us updated until completion of job.

Simply a bad experience the guys showed up and did a nice job however the work just didn't meet expectations one of the units couldn't go where the salesman assured me it would go being the only reason I went with this company paying extra for the harder job. Overall my house is warm and the heat pump works nicely just disappointed to be charged full price for a job that wasn't able to be done as expected

John and Alex where amazing in a world where it is so hard to get good tradesmen I'll certainly be asking they do all my future works right through from quoting to installation as they were able to install my units in a way less intrusive, better looking manner including getting then unit on the wall where the salesman (who clearly has never installed these units) said want possible due to the unit size. The way the guys looked to be having fun and working as a team while speedily completing the work was very impressive to watch and simply amazing I highly recommend you get in touch with heat and cool and request a quote from John or Alex for all your Heat Pump needs

Amazing service right the way through, very happy with the installation process, the main installers really knew what they were doing and without them the installation of our three units wouldn't have been as successful.
