Their products might be good but the staff is SO rude! The woman at the desk told me off because she couldn't find my order! Really? Very bad customer service, didn't even apologize for the wait or say goodbye. EDIT : Will you please explain to me what the "unexpected reaction" was? Because I showed you my phone after you "asked" me to. I also gave you the order number as soon as I arrived, what else did you expect me to do? I became a bit impatient after you've been rude to me, and left me without explanation , walking around everywhere, all upset. I work with customers so I'm all for kindness and respect. I did say thank you and goodbye. You didn't though. Once again, you're blaming the customer here and telling lies. it's just really unprofessional. RE EDIT : it looks like you slept on it. Apology accepted.
