        Had fantastic service from Bill! He was the only staff member on floor and maintained high level of service, greeted every customer that came in and happily got sizes for us and other customers with a smile! Will be back because of this incredible service.

I came into the store at Lynn mall yesterday to buy some new boots, I only had limited time, so I appreciate the rapid service that I received from both staff, great customer service all round- Im from the north shore but I will certainly get my next pair of shoes from platypus Lynn Mall.
