        Trust your online tracking record, never trust the staff here. They told me my parcel was out for delivery, but I saw it was in parcel pod for collection. They explained that the record delayed so I didnt see the latest one. But actually they lied, this record never showed and the parcel was reprocessed at that night. My friend missed his birthday gift!!!
