        I damaged a pump today by my own stupid mistake and came straight in to give my details, moved my car as requested and handed over my license. Despite explaining that I had an urgent medical appointment(5 years in the making) I was told I had to wait this included the staff member serving other customers and taking nearly 20 minutes to fill out a basic form. He then dialed 111 despite it being a non emergency to make a police report all the while claiming he couldn't understand me which I found surprising as when the policeman mentioned unlawful detainment he couldn't let me go fast enough. I was 20 minutes late after all was said and done and despite him having all my information holding me and not letting me leave is pretty twisted. Needles to say head office where both horrified and very helpful when lodging a complaint.
