Ive seen multiple specialists and doctors over the years for ongoing issues relating to my gut, hormones, and immune system and after only seeing Joe a few times, I noticed the biggest difference in my overall health than I ever have before, and Im very happy to say that my health has been the best its been in a very long time thanks to Joe. I started working with Joe a little under a year ago after feeling very low on energy and constantly tired, I thought that it was me being 40 and the system starting to slow down or just wear out. But after my initial consultation with Joe and 2 weeks of being on natural supplements everything changed!! The fatigue went away, my sleep quality improved significantly and my whole body just felt healthier, one of the most noticeable changes was when I was cycling and running , there was hardly any lactic acid build up and my recover from training sessions was extremely fast. Along with the supplements, Joe had me do four Micro-current sessions on a problematic calf muscle tear , that I had been battling with for two years. I was sceptical of weather or not it would work (as nothing else that I tried had. ) But I was happy to be proven wrong !!!!! After four one hour sessions it was like I had never had the injury in the first place, I was back into skipping, sprinting and explosive weight bearing exercises without ever feeling it was going to be reinjured. Confirmation of all the improvements in my health came when I competed in the Speights West Coaster run at the end of 2022. Where I ended up winning my age group in the 11.5km run and had the 2nd fastest time overall for the same distance . Not bad for someone who started the year feeling tired, worn out and that competitive sport after 40 was just a memory! Joe along with his whole team have been wonderful to deal with and nothing is ever a problem, I dont ever see me using conventional pharmaceutical supplements again after this experience. The benefits of Natural Health Supplements have to be tried to be believed, and having a practitioner like Joe to work with is just the BEST you could ask for.

Wow how I wish I had seen Joe years and years ago. What an experienced, professional and thorough natural health expert. I drove all the way from Tauranga after hearing he was very good and I am so pleased I made the long trip. The support staff in reception have been so caring and helpful. Great communication, follow ups and efficient management of online documents. Joe clearly has an extensive understanding of the body and the wide range of issues that people can face. I was amazed at the multitude of health areas that could be addressed in just one appointment.He works fast, yet thoughtfully and carefully. I felt very confident in his knowledge and very cared for. Fancy testing equipment of all kinds and loved seeing the live blood test up on the screen. I could go on and on about how much I was impressed by this practice but in summary I've left my first consultation feeling very well informed and hopeful for my health to improve under Joe's guidance.
