Viewed the property. Applied for it, explained the genuine reason too. Clean record and i earn $80,000 a year. Emailed back as well. Dealt with the guy called Mike Malcolm. No replies to the email and was not very interested to show the house when saw us in person(indian) 2nd time emailed him as well, No reply. I felt discrimination of race. Will never ever deal with this property Agent. But company should teach these people how to be fair. They should just let people know before so that we don't spent time in filling out unnecessary applications and giving out our personal details to these people.

Recently I dealt with Christine and Ray, feel like they are incredibly proactive and feel completely safe and happy dealing with them. As a first time landlord, I was unsure and nervous but they have made this experience so super easy and I would highly recommend working with them :)
