Each time they were very friendly and helpful and "try" to fix the problems. Each time it was very temporary and messy fix... But we hit the road and less than 3 weeks after, we had big troubles with the van. Hidden rusts, leaks everywhere (with different fluids and also in the roof). We were advised to do a check of the van and we did it with VTNZ. They told us that it was impossible that our van passed the WOF (of course, the vehicle was sold with a brand new WOF, made by a neighbour company). I absolutely don't recommend them. We lose a lot of time, energy and money with them.

Very bad place, don't go there and don't buy a car there if you want to travel safely !! After a month and a half, the car we bought there started to have many problems : a window stopped working, weird noises, electronical issues, one of the handle fell down, a door stopped working, the car cigare lighter never worked (they told us it was working when we bought it). Now, the whole engine is deficient (overheating) and might stop working at any moment. The cost to repair this car who was already not working when we bought it would be of thousands of dollars....
