        My 78 year old Dad suffered from a tyre puncture this morning, in the pouring rain, just outside the tunnel. He was slightly concerned about changing the tyre as he's currently suffering from a shoulder injury! His luck was in, in that he was assisted within minutes by James, from the Waterview Tunnel Team! James changed the tyre promptly, and was of a HUGE help to my Dad. Dad said that not only was James clearly "on to it" doing his job, but wouldn't accept cash as way of thanks from my Dad. He was super helpful, and an all round bloody nice guy! Excellent service by the Tunnel team.
