        I started going to the New Lynn branch as my fave juice brand is sold at very few shops (lots online, but prefer to go in). So was super happy to have one locally. However after a few visits and having the same terrible customer service experience EVERY visit (by two males that work at this store), I plan on never coming back. The customer service here is terrible. The place is like a dungeon. I asked a question about a previous vape I owned vs a newer upgraded version and was given the most sarcastic and ridiculous answer. Didnt provide any helpful advice at all.

        The employees that work there seem like they genuinely dont like to talk to customers or just hate their job in general. An example of this is when I walked in and had an inquiry about a particular vape, the person behind the counter gave me barely any information on it and it looked like he was too annoyed to do so anyway. This place has a lot of products the other vape stores in the area dont, but obviously not good customer service. I dont think Ill be returning anyway, VAPO is a better alternative in terms of product and employees that value face to face service.
