Bought a vape (Palm Fit) with replacement pods. 4 days after purchasing the vape I needed to change the vape pod as it had ran out. For some reason the pod requires an adapter to go into the vape.
I couldnt get the adapter off the empty pod to put it onto the new pod.
I tried everything. So I took it back into the store this morning.
The guy and woman there really struggled and needed to use PLIARS, to get the adapter off.
They tried a different adapter from another palm fit box. But it was the same.
I said that this was not what I wanted as I dont walk around with pliars and I simply could not change it myself.
I asked if there was something they could do for me. No there is not. They were not willing to help me at all.
They mentioned warranty only covers the vape I said how about a refund for something that appears slightly faulty.
Nope. They refused to do anything to keep me as a customer.
I will never go back and will be telling the rest of my vaping friends and family who also shop there not to go back.
I would rather support a company who cares about their customers. Not just money.
