Horizon Radiology - New Lynn

Absolutely impossible to get through to staff. Tried to call and talk to a receptionist time and time again and never got through, leaving messages and emails also didnt bring me any luck. In the end I gave up and booked with TRG Imaging instead who picked up the first time I rang and charge only $5 more for same service. Willing to pay the $5 to be able to have effective communication.

I went for my 33 week growth scan today. It was conducted by a male trainee and the lady supervisor came at the end of scan to supervise. The male who scanned appeared new to this profession and couldnt show me the baby properly. Answer to any questions was just that i will inform you at the end of the scan. At the end of the scan when supervisor came, they didnt utter a word. Left me with no clear answer about the babys growth. Seems that the supervisor lady was just doing experiments on my scan for giving training to the guy.

Good experience and Radiologist was really good. She also gave interpretation for what we were seeing so that we could understand. Free parking also available within the building for 2 hours.
