We spent much time and much money and many hours and years of lost dreams because this company essentially "hood winked" us in all the talk but no walk. it was exhausting and incredibly stressful but more so, so disappointing that a man could create a "false"raptor with clients to only rip them off and not blink an eye lid. It was a disappointment in Human unkindness.

DO NOT USE - I can not warn people off Maurice and team enough! We have been in works on our plans now for over 3 years and still do not have the completed documents. We paid more than double the quote (some of which we expected), but have basically now been held at ransom for plans. Even after paying our final payment to Bay Architectural, turns out that business was put into liquidation and Maurice has opened a "new business" as Shore Arc. Claiming the payment was not received he still will not give us our plans. Now we have a final 5 day warning from council that says if the plans are completed we have to start the project all over again. I'm not one to write these, but this guy is genuinely a crook. For your sake, NEVER use him!
