        During my recent visit to your Barbershop, I had the misfortune of being assigned to a different barber as my usual one, Ash, was away. Unfortunately, the service provided by this substitute barber was far from satisfactory. Although I had never had any issues with Ash before, the new barber treated me with a lack of respect and professionalism.
