Tried out Midas Albany on a whim as my car needed a service to fulfill it's warranty, great communication, very fair pricing. Will be back with my other vehicles now. Thanks Midas team

After sharing many positive reviews I knew that this day had to come. Previously Ive had my car repaired by Midas 2021 and all was well - reason to come back. Worse part for me is that the owner argued with on the phone and charge me over price for a air filter , service everything in one year of the previous service . Although I had the receipt from previous service bills. with a time stamp on it Not friendly people . very disrespectful . when it comes to pay i paid through ( afterpay )which clearly state on the store no interest fees . However the owner had a cheek to say that that cost extra fees to use that as merchant . i own the shop aswell and there is no extra fees for anything using laybuy ,after pay or other ones if the merchant is registered. well i ask for the the surcharge terms and conditions he start getting aggressive and very angry . Reason not to come back... so I wont be coming back to Midas anymore. Big No Be Careful and think wisely before going there
