I was glad to find this site and save on the rental. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the rental. Henrik indicated by e-mail at the last minute that he would not be there. Unfortunately, the car was not at the requested location either. Could not be reached by phone. In the end, he gave me an answer via text message and took me to the car with Uber. So I already lost an hour and a half of the rental... I took the car alone in a dark street. I didn't even see the inside because the interior light doesn't work. Afterwards, I noticed how dirty and disgusting the condition of the car was. It had nothing to do with the pictures in the ad. I wrote a letter to him and to the website about this, but he did not receive any response. I will never use the site again and will not recommend it to anyone!

When will I get paid for my rental car that was returned 30 days ago? Just under $3,000 owed to me. I have had to spend a lot of money on new breaks, tires and road user charges from this rental. I have emailed numerous times and had no response. HAS ANYBODY BEEN PAID RECENTLY??

I am still waiting for a reply from the mails I send for more than a month, which the renters damaged my car and tried to claim it...no respond at all!!.. Haven't received the payment even after a month!!

Worst Business company ever. A customer booked the car and left car in Hamilton Police Station, and now company is not ready to help. They got my car back after 1 week, i got to know my car is coming back when I emailed them that I am flying to Hamilton to get it, they did not show any courtesy to tell before I fly. they haven't paid for my rental yet. I am going to sue them on Tuesday.

We rented a car through this website for 6 weeks and paid the website owner (Henrik) in advance. The car broke down after 2 weeks and we could not get it fixed so we had to continue our travels otherwise. This happened at the end of February, which is now about 8 weeks ago. Since then I tried to contact Henrik and asked to pay us back the money for the remaining rental period. He is very difficult to reach and still has not given us our money back. The owner of the car is also still waiting for his money... The communication with him is terrible and even though I like the idea of the website I certainly would NOT recommend booking anything on there. I am hoping to get my money back one day but for now it looks very bad and I reached out to a lawyer to getthingssorted.
