Carita has been exceptional with my 3.5 year old. Since being seen by her he has truely come out of his shell physically. It is evident his sense of connection to his body improved and he has became more confident. An added bonus is that it seems his eating and sleeping has improved along the way in conjunction with his treatment For my treatment, Ruby has been amazing. My back pain is gone and life as a mum can continue! Cant thank you enough team

I first attended Kindred Chiropractic in Feb and ever since Ruby had been an absolute star with me! She has guided me through my back pain, adjusted me and given me advice and exercises to ease my pain. I have noticed a positive change in my back and posture and I owe it all to Ruby and the Kindred team. Definitely recommend it to anyone who may be having some back troubles.

When I first signed up for kindred chiropractic I was just in need for some help with lower back pain. But as I first started I noticed it was much more than just cracking some joints. I was surprised I realise that they help you relief all stress in your life. I work as an electrical apprentice so my diet often isnt the best with me eating many unhealthy foods and energy drinks, and my sleep schedule wasnt the best. But as I have started with kindred chiropractic they have shown me all the side effects of those foods and drinks and the importance of getting 7-8 hours of sleep. So, eating and drinking healthy things like they have said and also seeing them twice a week has really helped my everyday life, and my overall stress levels have been a lot lower and my body has also felt a lot less restricted.

Amazing place - Carita and her team are fabulous. Carita is a miracle worker. I have had a chronic health condition for 14 months and from week 1 of seeing her I have had continued improvements. Some days I even forget about my condition - I never thought Id experience that again.

I have been thinking about seeing a Chiropractor for a long time and have never got around to it. I'm so glad I did becuase Carita and her team are amazing and changing my life with every visit! I have knee problems which cause me lower back pain and my sedentary job is ruining my neck. I always walk out of my sessions feeling great and relaxed. Highly recommend you pay them a visit.
