        Contacted 2 local Computer places in Takapuna. David got back to me within an hour (the other place ...a week later, still nothing !) I was able to drop laptop off that day, and collect a few hours later. Incredible customer service, so helpful, willing to go the extra mile, happy to chat about a number of different computer related queries. Amazing customer experience overall. Thanks guys !! Definitely 5
