Best service at best prices. Great 5-star business. Using it weekly at Coffee News. People that put bad reviews seems people that they are CourierIT are the couriers, they're not. They are a booking platform. Delivery faults described in bad reviews are either with the business that orders through the platform or the actual courier such as Aramax or NZpost. We use the platform on a weekly basis with Coffee News and it is so much easier than dealing directly with courier companies!

We are still awaiting goods that have already been tracked to from Auckland to Wellington for delivery to the Hutt almost a week later! We have decided in future not to use suppliers who choose this company Courierit or Aramex. Best to use suppliers who rely on CourierPost or the golden folk at DHL.

Item picked up in Whitianga 8 December. Have just been told they will "try" to deliver it to me before Christmas. I'm in Kapiti and apparently there Wellington depot is struggling. It does seem, from other reviews online, that this has been the situation for some time and yet they have continued to accept items for Wellington. Not exactly customer focussed.
