        Excellent experience today. Very helpful assistant, good supply of what I was looking for (USD), good rates, no transaction fees and quick service. Liked the fact they gave an itemised receipt and accepted eftpos which the place I used yesterday didn't (only cash).

        I was a bit apprehensive about going in here after reading some of the reviews. They must have really changed their attitude. The guy working there on the 6th of this month was extremely polite and very very helpful. Very professional. I would definitely use them again

        Wholy moley! Worst customer service i have ever received. I was waiting 20 min at counter to be served. No one was there and when the staff member arrived there was no apology or anything. Very rude, will not be going back. I do not recommend visiting this currency store at all

        Never manned, teller just keeps writing notes that he's going to be back later, and never comes back. Terrible customer service.
