Sensational Chicken (Browns Bay)

Ordered online to make things easier - turned up for the pickup time specified only to be told it was going to be another 20 minutes. Wanted to sit down on empty chairs and got told off that those unoccupied chairs were not available. Staff was rude, but hey, maybe that's just my opinion. Really want to support local businesses but I won't do this again.

Terrible service. Ordered online at 8:30 as google says they close at 9 get down there at 8:50 ( because I know they take ages to prepare the food) shop completely shut no one to be seen pending charge on my visa debt card for food I never received. Absolutely shocking. Not the first time this has happened either

The food here is awesome and for the price, it is value for money. The staff is always friendly and in a good mood but are also still young so don't always pay attention to the client they are also working very hard with multiple tasks at once so still awesome overall. This is definitely my comfort food location
