The Immigration Case was handled rather Casually and non- collaboratively Some of the most important documents were not included even the Copies were provided via mail. I am not sure if the person dealing with the Case aware of the significance of those documents or he had Firm, fixed mindset. As on INZ website it has been posted I like to point out to others that please do own home work first , collect all and most of the documents in order and sequence which surely can be very time consuming over the weeks at time and then handover for a review, otherwise you will be wasting your time and resources. Not all my documents were provided which could have been success but it was not included by the law associate even it was mentioned numerous times. Not sure what state of mind/ pressure the associate was under. The (Male Law associate) was not ready to Listen or accept suggestions form the younger Client who and the documents were handpicked by the Male Law associate and were sent to INZ rather that suited him due to his own fixed/ rigid mindset and notions. As clients we rely on Positive Outcomes So please make Every effort to provide those documents for the possibilities of Successful results for the clients. I Wouldnt stress less in regards to this Please be Open and Listen to your Clients needs too here, Before you provide your vast experience, Immigration expertise and surety assurances! We were not Satisfied with the End results, Lot of our time and resources including finance were lost in the process ! Hopeless Associate Male SEA Law advisor
