I've been looking for a local, reliable team with specific rather than generic knowledge. I get that there is a lot that is the same but there are also idiosyncrasies between manufacturers and known problems to look out for. Sure, this first visit was for a routine service and I wasn't expecting any drama BUT everything was straightforward, easy and low-key. Exactly what I want. Like everyone else I want honest, reliable people who are easy to communicate with and easy to trust (with none of that main dealer BS we have to put up with). Looks like I've found them. I'll definitely be back. An update: so, I've been using Weissach for both our VWs for a couple of years now after that first promising experience. First impressions last. Great communication, great service. No fuss, no mess. Absolutely. Faultless.
