Furry friends pet store

Unfortunately the cat cafe has really gone downhill. The cats seem unhappy, its obvious many dont want to be touched or held, and the smell of urine and disinfectant is unbearable. They need more toys, water and scratching posts. My sons eyelid was clawed by a cat, something that has never happened with our cats at home - and most likely because many of the cats there are unhappy with the constant attention and dont have enough scratching towers to keep their claws at bay. I loved bringing my young sons here, but Im unsure if I can bring myself to go again, until some improvements have been made

Good: you can see cats & kittens. vs. Bad: 1. No ventilation. Stuffy and smelly. Need an air conditioner. 2. Slippery floor, not very safe for kids, 3. Sharp cat nails (need to be trimmed?) 4. Maybe expensive compare to satisfaction level?

Very very expensive $16.00 for one worm tablet for a dog, but did buy 5 little pots of gravy to put on dogs food for $10.00 cheapest product in shop.
